We offer you a hassle-free return policy. If you are unhappy with a product, we have several return methods.
Please make sure that the product you purchased is in its original packaging and unused, the item has to be sent back to us within 7 calendar days from the date mentioned on the receipt.

We strive to ensure that all our products are free from defects and are delivered in excellent condition. If for any reason the product has been damaged during delivery or that it has been delivered with missing parts, you may choose not to accept the product; our drivers will be happy to take the product back immediately.
If you are unable to receive your order personally, and you notice any damage to the products after the delivery has been accepted, you can return the order by contacting our customer service team within 2 calendar days of the delivery.
If you change your mind about a product you have purchased, you can return it and receive Gadget Zone online store credits.
The store credits will be credited to your online account and can be used for future purchases.
In case of a returned item, we can offer you store credit, a refund or a replacement.
In case of exchange, return and cancellations, You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the address of the outlet in the bottom of the page.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
When a replacement item is requested, we will deliver the item free of cost. All refunds will take 3 working days to be processed for cash refunds; if you return your order directly to our Gadget Zone store, we will process your refund immediately for cash purchases (this will take up to 7 working days for bank transfer).
PRODUCTS WE CAN'T REFUND OR REPLACE
We do not offer replacements or refunds on undamaged accessories, mobile phones and items that are sold as part of a special bundle.
We cannot refund or replace items that are not in their original condition and packaging. You must repack any items you want to return in the same box and in the same condition that they were delivered to you.
Please provide us with original order reference details to enable us to process the return (order number, product codes or descriptions).
