Not compatible with non-magnetic phone cases, such as OtterBox defender cases. Cases made of metal and attachments such as magnets, cards, keys, and pop grips will interfere with charging.
Does not support charging of iPhone 13 Pro with a case when placed horizontally.
When used separately, press the button to activate if the portable charger is placed horizontally.
Not compatible with iPhone 11 Pro Max or earlier models with a magnetic case.
The battery of 633 Magnetic Wireless Charger does not have a foldable kickstand. Hence, the charger cannot be used to charge the 622 magnetic battery.
